Maine is Global!
The Governor’s International Breakfast is a long-standing collaborative effort of the World Affairs Council of Maine and the Maine International Trade Center to highlight the importance of international connections to Maine’s economy and its people. Beginning in 1997, the Governor’s International Breakfast has taken various forms and themes, including recapping recent trade missions, focusing on energy independence, and Maine’s leadership on climate change. The Governor’s International Breakfast is a non-partisan event; every administration has participated since its inauguration by then-Governor Angus King.
